ABOUT
Rachel Gilmour began working professionally in the costuming industry upon graduating from Texas A&M University in 2012. There she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre (a minor in psychology), and was employed as a costume shop technician, stagehand, and carpenter for the theatre program and Rudder Auditorium.
Over the years Rachel has taken on numerous roles such as: costume designer, seamstress, pattern maker, cutter/draper, makeup artist, touring Wardrobe Head, freelance bodypainter, graphic designer, portrait artist, and teacher, just to name a few. She never ceases to take the opportunity to learn and grow.
Rachel is currently teaching Theatre Arts, Directing, and doing seasonal commissions.
